Came for happy hour at 5 on Saturday during holiday season. Was lucky to get a seat in one of the booths in the bar area without a reservation and no waiting. We had two servers assisting us. Our primary sever was Bob. Both were very attentive and courteous. We ordered the prime rib sandwich and nordeast beer special for $10 and an order of fries. Delicious sandwich and the fries are pretty good too. Bob even brought us out to the back patio where it's decorated nice for Christmas and took our picture. I always have a good experience here. I love Jax!

We ordered the cheese and potatoes pierogi, crab cakes, prime rib, and crusted ribeye. We also got the creme brulee for dessert. The sauce for the pierogies were delicious but the flavor of the actual dumpling was bland. The crab cakes tasted a bit like a tuna salad with panko dusted over it, mushy, and the only crunch was from the overstuffed celery. I was disappointed, however, the service and the prime rib was great. The prime rib had phenomenal flavor and the ribeye's cut was very tender but the ribeye seemed a little under seasoned. Overall, it was a mediocre experience.

Wow! Did not realize that it has been so long since we have been here. This is our go to spot when we want excellent food and service. As always, I ordered the lobster tail. Jax is one of the few places that you can go to get a descent size lobster tail. As always, the tail was sweet and succulent. Service is always attentive without being intrusive. Love the white tablecloths and napkins, with several wearing clean cut uniforms. It is fine dining with the customers in mind. Have been going here for decades. Will always come back!

Unfortunately we don’t have a regular Saturday buffet. We do have a special occasion another Daughter brunch May 11, rtr day before mother’s day.
